Our center occupies an entire brand new 11,000 sqft medical office building in Newport Beach, CA.
It consists of clinical space for hernia consultations and 6,000 sqft of an accredited
Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) where most of Dr. Harris' hernia surgeries are performed.
Our hernia center is one of the newest and most advanced in the country.
By combining our office space and surgery space into one center, we can assure continuity of care and the
highest quality for all of our patients.

Meet Our Staff
Marisol Rodriguez
Marisol "Mari" Rodriguez has worked in our office for over 5 years. She is the lead scheduler
for hernia patients. Mari will meet every patient who needs to have hernia surgery before you leave
our office at the time of your consultation.
She will immediately check your insurance benefits so that
you understand what costs you may be repsonsible for. For patients without insurance, she will work with
you on arranging cash or credit card payments. Once your insurance or payments are arranged, Mari will
find which times for your surgery you would prefer and coordinate with our surgical center. She will arrange
any bloodwork or EKG that may be needed.

Nicole Stoesser
Nicole Stoesser has worked in our office for over a year after having been a medical assistant (MA)
for 10 years in primary care. As an MA Nicole will take incoming phone calls, screen patients who need
to be scheduled for a consultation, find a convienent time for you to see Dr. Harris, and take
your necessary demographic information.
At the time of your consultation, Nicole and Linsday will check you in for your consultation. Any
last paperwork will be completed and proof of insurance will be obtained from you.
She will take your vital signs
and a brief history for your hernia. If any follow up information or x-rays are required, she will
provide you with those orders and help coordinate getting the results.

Lindsay Alcala
Lindsay Alcala started working in our office this year after working for a vascular surgery group
in Northern Los Angeles. She is both a certified medical assistant
(MA) as well as certified surgical scrub tech. As an MA Lindsay will take incoming phone calls,
screen patients who need
to be scheduled for a consultation, find a convienent time for you to see Dr. Harris, and take
your necessary demographic information.
At the time of your consultation, Nicole and Linsday will check you in for your consultation. Any
last paperwork will be completed and proof of insurance will be obtained from you.
As a surgical tech, Lindsay assists Dr. Harris in the operating room for hernia repairs.
